Transforming the table into a two-meter living landscape of microherbs, this immersive dining concept invited guests to gather seasonal ingredients, spreads, and garnishes directly from the installation, creating their own compositions in a shared, hands-on experience. A celebration of seasonality, tactility, and the joy of making food together.
