La Ceremonia — 2 Years of The Hoxton Barcelona

An immersive culinary event experience designed to celebrate the two-year anniversary of The Hoxton Barcelona. Divided into three performative acts, the event unfolded as a journey through flavor, movement, and spatial composition.

For Act 02 – The Feast, a special finger food menu was served on custom-designed flying trays, including sculptural and playful formats such as the Nacho Vulcano, a towering oyster installation, five taco compositions, and a Maya-inspired chocolate dessert landscape.

Act 03 – The Treat introduced the final performance. Dressed in custom mesh and voluminous silhouettes, two performers served dessert and guided guests to the Mezcal Bar, closing the evening in a gesture that merged ceremony and celebration.
