An interactive food installation created for the opening of APE Studios. A long table invited guests to prepare their own Catalan-style tomato bread using seasonal ingredients arranged across a minimal, sculptural setup.

The composition featured whole tomatoes, garlic heads, olive oil, sourdough bread, a whipped butter centerpiece, and salt presented in a custom cube—each element considered for both use and display. The installation unfolded within a soft textile environment that framed the experience and added a tactile layer to the space.
