IED WORKSHOP

The workshop culminated in an exhibition where each student presented their work in a personal and self-directed way. The project created an open space for artistic freedom, merging food, art, and design beyond traditional briefs.

A one-week food design workshop at IED Barcelona inviting twenty students to explore the question “Who am I?”through edible creations. Using food styling tools and techniques, participants translated personal identity, memories, and emotions into unique, expressive designs under the creative direction of Jil Zander.
