BROTZEIT
A culinary and spatial experience paying homage to the Bavarian tradition of sharing bread, reinterpreted with Mediterranean influences. Central to the event was a custom-built bread sofa, both seating and sculpture, surrounded by a menu that celebrated craft baking, seasonal produce, and the act of gathering at the table.
